8/25/23: I wrote a list for Electric Literature titled "9 Graphic Poetry Collections That Reimagine Text and Image." But the tagline is even better: These poets are slicing up the patriarchy by disassembling found texts and reclaiming the self.
8/12/23: I went to London with my sister, and we visited Richmond, home of Ted Lasso AND Virginia Woolf! Swoon! We also met the cast of The Invincibles, a new play that combines England's women's football (ahem, soccer) history with its present! We also played walking football (ahem, soccer) with my friend Steve Bolton, the grandson of a famous "lady footballer"!
7/25/23: The Keeper won an OHIOANA BOOK AWARD!
7/19/23: My latest book, which I co-edited with Tom Hart is now available: The Rose Metal Press Field Guide to Graphic Literature. It's about making all kinds of comics, collage, and graphic poetry.
[Note: I recently cleaned up this section. I moved most of the reviews and press to the individual book pages.]

The interview starts at the one hour, ten minute mark! (link)
From the show notes: "We recently read a new graphic memoir by Kelcey Ervick called The Keeper and fell in love with it! It explores everything we love to talk about on the show- the intersection of soccer and feminism and how soccer is so much more than just a sport for us (and also, very much a sport)."
