Protest Birds: Artist's Portfolio

After hearing about the overturning of Roe v. Wade, I started drawing Protest Birds. They appear in the spring 2023 issue of one of my favorite journals: Booth. Here's a sampler. See all 12 in the issue!

Editorial & Merchandise Illustrations

I created illustrations for an Indianapolis magazine and for merchandise for Cincinnati Review inspired by my graphic essay about the poet and "lady reporter," George Elliston.

Spot illustrations

I created 29 spot illustration (digital collages) to accompany each poem, story, and essay in Hypertext Magazine's online issue. It was fun!
